Cookdordogne offer private groups from 6 to 10 people an exclusive full day experience of three course menu with pairing wines for those who are real foodies.
FULL DAY, HANDS ON COOKING COURSE
Starting between 10am , this cookery course begins with an introduction to the regions unique ingredients, the products to look for and explanation of the foie gras, duck and truffle products for which this region is famous. Then in teams of two in our outside kitchen, you will enjoy a hands-on, informative, fun session preparing, cooking and eating a range of delicious, exciting and surprisingly simple regional dishes that chefs of all abilities can recreate at home.

Cookdordogne offer private groups from 6 to 20 people to either a hands on half day course with two course lunch or a food demonstration with tasters.
HALF DAY, HANDS ON COOKING COURSE
Starting between 10am and 11.30am depending on your schedule , this cookery course begins with an introduction to the days two course lunch. Then in teams of two to four in our outside kitchen, you will enjoy a hands-on, informative, fun session preparing, cooking and eating a range of delicious, exciting and surprisingly simple regional dishes that chefs of all ages and abilities can recreate at home.

- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children over 12 may participate without supervision.
COOKING DEMONSTRATION WITH TASTERS
For groups over 20, we offer a food demonstration with tasters and pairing wines.
A unique opportunity to observe Ian prepare, and you to taste, some regional dishes while sharing his knowledge and experience of unique Perigordine ingredients. Ian’s teaching approach is light-hearted, encouraging and above all, fun!

These dishes will always have a local flavour, using the regional ingredients which will change in accordance with the season, produce at its best.
